I had an excellent visit at Palihotel Melrose. Luis and Kyle were very helpful throughout my 4- night stay. This boutique hotel is different than a normal hotel chain in mostly positive ways. The room decor is unique with a mix of modern and retro-vintage in everything from the carpet to the fixtures. The rooms are minimalist but have everything you need, and the beds and linens are very comfortable. The walls are a little thin, but not to where you can overhear conversations in the next room. The shower is a rainfall type with excellent water pressure, very refreshing. The Daisy Cafe attached to the hotel serves execellent food with excellent service as well. The airconditioning is centrally controlled, so contact the front desk if you're uncomfortable and they can adjust. (I didn't need to during my visit). There is parking underground for $25 per day as of Jul 2025. Definitely a time saver despite the tight maneuvering in the garage. Overall, this is my third excellent stay here and I'm looking forward to my next visit!

Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a smooth and pleasant experience.
Perfect Boutique Hotel for a Family Visit I really enjoyed my stay at Palihotel. The location is super convenient. The staff were very friendly, and the front desk was always helpful. The restaurant had good food too! One thing to know: the building is older, so the AC can be tricky — you’ll need to ask the front desk to adjust the thermostat for you. Also, there are no phones in the room, so plan for that. I’d definitely stay again when visiting family.
Excellent location. Every member of the staff is outstanding from the front desk to the cleaning people. Loved the cafe attached to the hotel. Decor in the main areas is inviting. Very pretty. Rooms are decorated really pretty for bed area. The rest is minimalist decor on the bedroom with a few cubbies for unpacking clothes during the stay. The bed, linens and pillows are very comfortable and high quality. We have enjoyed our stay.
